These general Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and the natural person who concludes the Purchase Contract outside his or her business as a consumer or in the course of his or her business activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through the web interface located on the website https://www.doctorgreensupply.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store").

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Sales contract. Distinctive arrangements in the Sales contract take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and the Sales contract shall be concluded in the English language.

Information about goods and prices
Information about the goods, including the prices of individual goods and their main features, are listed in the Online Store catalog. Goods prices are quoted excluding value added tax. The prices of the goods remain in effect for as long as they are displayed in the Online Store. This provision does not exclude the negotiation of a purchase contract under individually negotiated terms.

All presentations of the goods placed in the web interface of the Online Store are informative and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a sales agreement for these goods.

Shipping and Payment

The price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of goods under the sales contract may be paid by the Buyer in the following ways:

- cashless transfer to the Seller’s bank account IBAN No PT50 0010 0000 2348 6720 0019 7, maintained with BPI Banco Comercial Português.

Together with the purchase price, the Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the costs associated with the delivery of the goods at the agreed rate. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the purchase price and the costs associated with the delivery of goods are further understood.

In the case of a non-cash payment, the Buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price is fulfilled when the relevant amount is credited to the Seller's bank account.

The goods are delivered to the Buyer:

to the address specified by the Buyer in the order,

The cost of delivering goods according to the way of dispatch and receipt of goods is stated in the Buyer's order and in the order confirmation by the Seller. If the mode of transport is agreed upon by a Buyer's special request, the Buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this mode of transport.

If according to the sales contract, the Seller is required to deliver the goods to a place specified by the Buyer in the order, the Buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery. If, for reasons of the Buyer’s need, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a manner other than that specified in the order, the Buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of goods, respectively, costs associated with another delivery method.

Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, to notify the carrier without undue delay. In the event of a violation of the package indicating unauthorized entry, the Buyer is not required to take over the package.

The Seller shall issue an invoice which is attached to the delivered goods.

Privacy Policy

1. The protection of personal data of the Buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.

2. By concluding of the sales contract the Buyer agrees with the processing and collection of his or her personal data in the database of the Seller after the successful performance of the contract, until the Buyer expresses disagreement with this processing. The Buyer consents to the processing of the following personal data: name and receipt, residential address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, for the purpose of concluding this Agreement, operating the website information system and enforcing rights under the sales contract. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal data").

3. The Buyer acknowledges that he or she is obliged to state his or her personal data correctly and truthfully and that he or she is obliged to inform the Seller without undue delay of any change in his or her personal data. The Buyer confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that he or she has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.

4. The Buyer has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to correct them, including other legal rights to this data. Personal data can be removed from the database based on a written request from the Buyer. Buyer's personal data are secured against misuse.

5. The Seller may authorize a third party to process the Buyer’s personal data. The Seller will not pass the Buyer’s personal data to a third party without prior consent of the Buyer except to the shipping company, the accountant and the provider of the processing system.

6. Personal data will be processed indefinitely. Individual sales contracts are archived by the Seller after their conclusion in electronic form and are accessible only to the Seller.

7. If the Buyer requests information about the processing of his or her personal data, the Seller is obliged to provide this information. The Seller has the right to provide information under the previous sentence requiring a reasonable payment not exceeding the cost of providing information.

8. In the event that the Buyer assumes that the Seller processes his or her personal data in a manner which is in conflict with the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate in regard with the purpose of their processing, the Buyer may:

a) ask for an explanation,

b) require to remedy the situation,

c) contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
